Lexngo will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to the customer's change of mind once payment is accepted.
We will only accept return/exchange requests if we delivered an incorrect or defective product(s) to customer due to our mistakes. In the event customers receive incorrect or defective items, please email us at email@example.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We will advise you on the next course of action in detail. Please note that we will not accept returned items if they show any signs of
usage or damage.
